We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Assembler to join our team at Tevagrow. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals who are not only passionate about working with plants but also possess a keen ability to build and craft with their hands. As an assembler, you will play a crucial role in constructing our unique furniture pieces that support ornamental plants and building living walls that bring our clients' spaces to life.

• Construct and assemble various types of furniture that support ornamental plants, including but not limited to living walls, using hand tools and woodworking techniques.
• Read and interpret design blueprints and specifications to understand the project requirements.
• Inspect and prepare materials and components for assembly, ensuring all parts meet quality standards.
• Collaborate with the design and horticulture teams to ensure that the final products meet Tevagrow's standards of functionality and aesthetics.
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace in accordance with company policies and safety standards.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving assembly processes and product design.

• Experience in woodworking or building things like cabinets is required. Hands-on experience in a similar role will be considered an asset.
• Ability to use a variety of hand tools and woodworking equipment safely and effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
• Excellent teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently when required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in carpentry or related field is a plus.
