Hardware Returns (Living Furniture and Electronic Components)

  • Return Period: Tevagrowâ„¢ Inc. offers a 30-day return policy on all hardware purchases, including living furniture and electronic components.
  • Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, including all packaging, accessories, and documentation.
  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Warranty

  • Coverage: All hardware products come with a 1-year parts and labor warranty.
  • Claims: To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team with proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue.

Plant Replacement Guarantee

  • Replacement Period: We offer a 5-day replacement guarantee on plants that arrive in poor condition due to transport.
  • Exclusions: Plants shipped during harsh weather conditions are not covered under this replacement guarantee.
  • Process: To request a replacement, please provide a photograph of the plant's condition upon arrival and contact our customer service team within the 5-day window.

Subscription Leasing of Living Walls and Towers

  • Lease Termination: Leases can be returned with 30 days' notice.
  • Condition: Leased items must be returned in good working condition with no damages. All plants must also be returned.
  • Deposit Return: Deposits will be returned within 15 days of the equipment being returned, subject to inspection. Any damage caused to the hardware may result in deductions from the deposit to cover repair or replacement costs.
