Calathea ‘White Cloud’

Description:
Calathea 'White Cloud' is an elegant tropical plant known for its soft green leaves adorned with delicate white and silver variegation. Its graceful, airy foliage adds a touch of sophistication to any indoor space while also serving as a natural air purifier. Like other Calatheas, it exhibits nyctinasty—gently folding its leaves in response to light changes throughout the day. Watering:

Lighting:
Thrives in bright, indirect light but can tolerate lower light conditions. Keep it away from direct sunlight, which can scorch its delicate leaves. If placed in a dimly lit area, supplement with a grow light to maintain its vibrant appearance.

Temperature:
Prefers warm temperatures between 65-80°F (18-27°C). Protect it from cold drafts, air conditioning vents, and sudden temperature changes, as these can cause stress and leaf curling.

Humidity:
Requires high humidity (above 50%) to maintain its lush foliage. If the air is too dry, mist occasionally, place it near a pebble tray with water, or use a humidifier to prevent crispy leaf edges.
